Overwhelmed? Try a 'Vacation In Every Day!'

Nowadays, it's easy to get overwhelmed, feel bogged down, unable to move, just plain stuck!
Between work, spousal/partner relationships, kids, family, making the bills, keeping appointments, we often feel swamped, and think we are lost in the shuffle!
Here is an easy, quick tool, for just those moments [or, better yet, to use every day!] to help turn down the overwhelm, and keep us grounded and present. A Vacation in Every day!
Try taking 5 minutes each day to be fully mindful - present. To notice the sights, sounds, smells, textures and tastes around you. Simple, right? Actually, it takes a little practice, and it is worth it! As you use this AMAZING tool, you might find some of that feeling of overwhelm melts away, as you enjoy that tiny oasis in the midst of your day.
As you become more adept at this tool, try adding on 5 minutes to your 'vacation.' Remember, we all can benefit from a break in our 'day to day.' How about starting off with 5 minute Vacations!
